Y81/F series metal baler is used to press scrap metals, non-ferrous metals, color metals into acceptable furnace charges in shapes of cuboids, etc.

1, Application:

Y81 series hydraulic metal balers (baling machine/compressor) are mainly used in steel manufacture, recycling companies, ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industry to press metal scraps (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, discarded automobiles) into required shapes (cuboid, cylinder, octagon etc.), so as to reduce the transportation cost, to increase the speed of furnace feeding and reduce the furnace loss.

b) Bale-discharging method: "turn-out"; "push-out" (forward or side push); manual discharging.
