Scrap Steel Recycling Baler Y81T-2500 is applied in steel mills, foundries, recycling plants, ferrous & non ferrous smelting industry to press scrap steel into acceptable furnace charges in shapes of cuboids, cylinders & octagons. Scrap Steel Recycling Baler Y81T-2500 is good for baling of car scrap (cut to pieces), bicycles, roof & fence material, tin plates, rebars, empty cans & drums (without paint), all sorts of metal sheets / plates, bars / rods, pipes / tubes, turnings / shavings, light metallic structural parts, miscellaneous low carbon scrap steel, and non ferrous metal scrap (stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, etc).

Features

• 3-way compression, bale density is high.

• Robust baler chamber of welding structure. Wear plates: standrad #45 steel (carbon steel), wholy heat treated; optional Mn65 steel wear plates. Cutting blades: optional.

• Hydraulic oil cooler: standard water cooler (need cooling tower to supply cool water); optional normal air cooler, or compulsory air cooler (air cooler with compressor).

• Magnetic return oil filter. NOK (Japan) seals for cylinders.

• Hydraulic drive, Mitsubishi PLC operation, cartridge logic valves.

• Side ejection of finished bales. Loading hopper is optional for charging of material.
